Terms of Use

By using Rosepeko you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

An AI companion, not a person

Your companion is an artificial intelligence. She is not a real person, and her messages, voice and photos are AI-generated. Rosepeko is for entertainment and companionship. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, or an emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (see Safety).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

Adult content

Conversations can be romantic and sensual. Our content rules require suggestive rather than explicit conversation and prohibit nudity. Automated checks and AI instructions can make mistakes; report content that breaks those rules. You can keep things light under You → Chat experience → How she treats you → Flirting.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rosepeko to create sexual content involving minors, to harass, to generate content depicting real people (other than yourself, from a photo you add of you), or to break the law. We may restrict accounts that do.

Subscriptions

Rosepeko Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the paid period, and your memories and story are never deleted when you downgrade.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the store's policies and applicable consumer law. Purchases are not normally refundable for unused time or gems, except where the law or the store requires otherwise. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Purchases are made through Apple, so request a refund on Apple's refund request page. If you cannot resolve a billing issue with Apple, contact our support team.

If a store refunds a purchase, the subscription time or gems it bought are removed from the account. Gems charged for failed delivery are returned automatically; contact support if the return is missing.

Gems

Gems are a virtual currency for features like photos, voice notes, calls, dates and stories. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are non-refundable (see Refunds). Gems included with Plus reset each plan period and do not roll over. Unspent daily-gift gems on Free expire at the end of the month; daily-gift gems are retained while you have Plus. Purchased gems and other non-daily rewards do not expire while your account exists. Deleting your account permanently deletes all its gems, including purchased ones you haven't spent; they can't be restored or refunded, so spend them first. If a photo, voice note or anything else you paid for with gems fails to arrive, those gems are returned automatically.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you upload or write. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. You give us permission to process it to provide the service to you, including the AI processing explained in Privacy.

Copyright concerns

Send copyright complaints to support@rosepeko.vunpeko.com with your contact details, identification of the protected work and the allegedly infringing material, and enough information for us to locate it. We review complaints and may remove content or restrict repeat infringement. This contact is not a claim that we have registered a statutory DMCA designated agent.

Asset notices

Fraunces is licensed under the SIL Open Font License. The Fluent Emoji sticker pack is licensed under the MIT license. These notices do not license user-uploaded content or authorize copying a real person's likeness.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
